10 minute dynamic line drills
SAQ speed, agility, and quickness
speed ladder- 10 yard sprint 3x each

10X pushups
20 foot jog/sprint
5 burpees
30 seconds mountain climbers w/ sand resistance
30 seconds sumo squats
30 seconds glute bridge
bear crawl 20 feet or hold plank
10 squats
30 second reverse plank

flutter kicks 15 seconds
